The helmet is made using "in mold" technology, which consists of a permanent connection of layers. EPS (high-quality polystyrene) foam is injected under pressure in a strong and impact-resistant PVC shell. The result is a light but very strong and stable construction that provides better cushioning. The helmet has a ventilation system that makes it comfortable to use even on hot summer days.
